A reproducible cost-stack example
One&Only Reethi Rah's official booking result for two adults staying 12–19 May 2027 shows a Beach Villa Queen for seven nights on the Best Available Rate at USD 2,260.00 per night. Breakfast is included under the resort's booking terms, while the booking engine labels the rate as excluding taxes and fees. The resort terms specify a 10% service charge; 17% GST applied to the room rate plus service; and green tax of USD 12 per person per night for guests age two and above. For two adults, that adds USD 226.00 service, USD 422.62 GST and USD 24.00 green tax, producing a mandatory subtotal of USD 2,932.62 per night and USD 20,528.34 for seven nights. This excludes the resort transfer, lunch and dinner, drinks, spa and excursions. What the nightly rate still leaves out
Confirm the mandatory resort transfer separately, including its mode, timing and cancellation terms. Read the meal-plan wording rather than assuming breakfast, half board or full board covers every venue; beverages may remain excluded even where meals are included.
